What a load of fucking idiots, other than Eddie Izzard.Every country has it's bad points and good points. I'm British and think here in England has some dumb stuff, the government seems more worried about people smoking than people getting raped, yet america also has stupid ways. No place will ever be perfect in this world.

The supreme court of the US and the majority of US citizens recognize that there are logical limits on free speech. Common examples include screaming 'fire' in a crowded movie theatre or 'bomb' in an airport, but it's also illegal to shout "Fuck you goddamn pig!" to a cop or "You're a dead man!" While brandishing a weapon. Free speech is about expressing ideas, not allowing people to say whatever, whenever, however, and to whoever just because they feel like acting like a cunt.

"That goes to show why the 1st amendment is so important and why people should come to this country. We have those freedoms, no one else has them" That's just saddening. As a non-American, perhaps I should be offended by her extreme ignorance but as a human being, I just feel sad that another homo sapiens sapiens could be this stupid. Her comment is probably the most "holier than thou" sentence I've ever heard from any nationality.
