Hmm so you believe its ok for a company like comcast to offer services like phone and then not keep it working ? so its ok that my dad died since his 911 service did not work ?? and that is funny i suppose... people like you need to get a clue.. and, comcast settled out of court to avoid the media... good luck all you comcast customers..

This call is being recorded = Are helpdesk folks aren't allowed to say "I hear you, we are getting lost of complaints", "Sorry man, you are the 25th call today with the same problem.", "Listen Mr. Smith, here are some opttions to provide you with a better plan, and let me give you 3 free months of service because we have provided you with a year of bad service." ... The negative comments towards this video seem to be coming from mean hearted teens ?
