Brilliant conductor of godlike music. After watching some of the vids on here I just ordered Karajan's 63 recording of the nine symphonies on CD.Thanks for the upload.

I have heared other recordings in which the pitch was augmented by a half step. Mr. Karajan did not rewrite the entire symphony in a half step. The augmented pitch is probably a result of age, the recording method, or both.
