By your reasoning hammers are just as light as feathers, one tonne of feathers = one tonne of hammers. Of course when people say muscle is heavier than fat they mean that muscle is denser and has more mass for the equivalent volume.Common sense 101, best not rely on Google for your education.

your retarded. what they mean is that the same volume of fat compared to muscle weighs less. it does NOT mean muscle has more volume, it means it has more molecules in a given amount or muscle.

if muscle didnt weigh more than fat, than fat ppl wouldnt float in the pool while ppl with more muscle an lean body mass sink...

rwsjyiy IS RIGHT! muscle does NOT weigh more than fat! it is common misconception 1 lb of fat is just as heavy as 1 lb of muscle muscle is more dense meaning it has a biggger volume! if the mass of a certain amount of muscle is 15g and the mass of a same amountof fat is 15g than they will weigh the same. the only way they could weight different is if they were on 2 different planets. physics 101! google it

is it okay to do 5 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of crunches and then 5 minutes of calisthenics two or three times in a row?

your stupid, yes muscle is more dense than fat, but that means its relatively heavier. so quit "telling yourself lies" that you know what density means. being more compact makes it weigh more than fat, as in if you have a square inch of fat and a square inch of muscle, the muscle will weigh more
