I love the UK. And I know it seems like an insult if I say you have an accent and for that I apologize. But you have to look at it from an international point of view. Geographically people talk the same language differently - dialect, lingo, vernacular, diction, etc. Take pride on saying your country invented the language but please try to gain the views of other people looking at you.
