nope... Gasol was never the Grizzly itself. He was our most popular internationally but locally it was all about Shane Battier or Mike Miller. And Rudy Gay > Pau Gasol every night. Pau was losing value so we shipped him to LA. Seemed bad at the time but hey we got Mayo out of it.

Rudy Gay was the best player on the Griz when Gasol was there and he is now.

pau is by far the best player in memphis, he is an all star rookie of the year and mvp of the 2006 world series |
