I think it means, she's almost become vain and keeps looking in the mirror. She thinks that this is the thing that matters, wonders if her reflection decides her destiny. And she wants to know if her boyfriend loves her looks, or reflection, or if he loves her for her. I'm guessing though, don't assume I'm right ;D.
