The first Russian 5th generation fighter is scheduled to have its first flight in 2009 and enter service with the Air Force subsequently. The PAK FA will incorporate technology from both the Su-47 and the MiG 1.44. it will be stealthy, have the ability to supercruise, be outfitted with the next generation of air-to-air, air-to-surface, and air-to-ship missiles, and incorporate an AESA radar. This machine will use a completely new engines and be able to perform unique maneuvers.

You are exactly right.. The SU-mki and the SU-35 Russia flys are equalls..Drno1986 you are dead wrong my friend.. India has had enough of Russian bullshit planes.. They are way-behind on Pak-fa ,costs overr runs etc .. etc.. etc.... Hell for the projected costs now of a PAK-FA (IF IT EVEN GETS BUILT) are near F-35's and other highly advanced western designs.. The INDIANS are buying 126 F-16XL's to replace their "flying coffins".. LOOK IT UP.. A name given by the IAF to Russian planes.. FACT

The SU 30 MKI and the SU 35 arent similar, the SU 35 is more advanced, Russia is going to sell them next year and India has been offered, its overall much improved plane.

The IAF uses Su 30 MKI(Modernized Commercial India).....its highly customised and comparable to Russia's Su 35s.........get ur facts right FUCKER

True enough,just goes to show its not so much the aircraft as the weapons combination they carry, and in that respect the Russians are ahead with the up-graded R77, R27, R33, R73/74 and the Novator Ks-172.Only the F22 Raptor or maybe the F35 would have a chance against these missiles,even then there would be no guarantees.Indians had no qualms about crossing into Pakistani airspace,regardless of the possible ramifications,while the Pakistanis left their ground forces critically without aircover. |
