The queen guitarist always plays behind the beat. I never could figure out why a Brittish player would do that? Almost all English players of the time push in front of the beat. Part of the styles from different regions. I think he likes the way the more American style of catching the beat to be his preference. Very great player. He alos found a way to get that thick, murkry Sears and Robuck 60`s amp sound that Page had. Vey cool.
