Lancaster is adding another musical road - Avenue G. They started adding the grooves for the notes this past week (on Oct 15 I think). ...and there are musical roads in Japan, Holland, and South Korea. As for it being out of tune or starting on a wrong note, I don't know the exact physics involved (how the air is forced across the grooves), but I would imagine that each car and set of tires may cause the sound quality to vary some. Should we try to get our cars or tires tuned?

hahas the people making this were not musicians, not because it was out of tune, because it started on the wrong note (everything was played up a 3rd) and there was a mistaken accidental haha

it goes flat becuz as the car moves farther away from the sound source, the frequency of the sound goes down so u hear it going flat.
