when i bend my E string especially, on the way back by B string rings cause my finger touches it... is like muting it the only way to fix tht or

I have had the same problem but i usually for example bend the e string with my second and fourt finger and then at the same time as i push my wrist up i hold my first finger on the upper string so it kinda goes out of the way or atleast doesnt make noises..
