all Jag-Stangs have a whammy bar system, but often times the bar is lost since most of the people who play Jag-Stangs either dislike the trem or can't get it to stay in tune. There's this common myth that the Mustang bridge sucks and can't stay in tune.

Apology accepted. As for the guitar, it's all me all the way. I liked Kurt's original designs, and liked the stuff he played, but I like that with time I've done my own things with it rather than just copied Kurt. I also own a Mustang (stock), and a Jag with cool rails.I've been playing 14 years.

That's a really good point... Idk though, it's more like a sentimental kind of thing, and the principal of it being a Kurt guitar with high-end heavy metal pickups. Idk. I guess I'm more mad at who put them in in the first place.Nyeh, I was just in a bad mood when I made my inital comment and I apologize. You're an insane player, I'll give you that. Accidentally removed your last comment...my response to it sucking. I like the guitar, that's ALL that matters. Besides, wasn't Kurt kind of bothered by Grunge/Alt becoming a cliche in itself. I see of it as one more way us musicians split ourselves by basing our musical identities off brand names.

Maybe so but it's not cause of me, I bought the guitar WITH THEM ALREADY INSTALLED BY SOMEONE ELSE. It just happened to be a bonus that they sounded good to me, and that the guitar was cheaper for being modded "against the rules of Alternative Rock" (which is an oxymoron if I ever wrote one).
