I just checked their FAQ section . From what I gathered , it sounds like if you call someone in any other country (and they also have a MagicJack) , the call is free. If you call someone without a MJ , it looks as though you have to buy international minutes off of their website.

Good question! As far as I know , your voice is digitized while going over the internet (just like all other information) , and no one can hear you. I haven't heard (nor have I experienced) any of the other stuff.

What about viruses, spyware, or hackers can this be affecting your magicjack, or can hackers can be tapping or perhaps be listening to your conversation?

Magicjack keeps track on all the calls you make, please go to magicjack website and click on reviews at the bottom of the page and read the first review by U.S. News. Then click on callit in that blog and you will read it their!

ELO, Telephone Line jajajajaja. I remember that i used to be in that situation before with Verizon....that was really frustrating. Mine works great. Yes there are some glitches but what do you expect for $20 a year.
