lol yeah, they tape the whole season in two days in 8 to 12 hour sessions. That's why you also hear the players talking about how they wish HSP could be a game that was all year round. Special awesomeness.

it's just because of how much the players showboat and whatnot because they are on TV... I dealt an underground $25/50 NL game in boston and was making between $90-150 an hour because i just cranked out the hands fast

Yeah I mean they're only there for like 30minutes at a time, so say thats 10 hands good enough to be tipped, at $5 - $10... its $75ish. So thats not too bad for 30mins work, plus there actual wages.. but its not a lot in comparison to what these guys are betting!

Probably not as much as you would think... The hands take forever on this show and they are usually only tipping them with $5 chips (1 or 2 usually it looks like).. Pro's tend not to tip huge because they are smart enough to realize how big of a chunk it would take out of their winnings if they tipped big every hand every night with how much they play

From what I've read, they do like 3 sessions of 8 hours each depending on the season. |
