GTA When Mods Go Wrong 01

this was an interesting problem with Vice City, a few mods come into play in this blunder of rotations : / notice the moon, also notice the water is like honeycomb bee hive effect and notice that... WTF!!! is that realy a Building in GTA spinning ? it cant be, we shall have to fly arounf it and UNDER it just to make sure : / PMSL

sadly when i was modding gta & this happend to me i was only smoking some realy cheep lebaniez, id of liked some of what the game was chonging to, but i had no pc to human interface & even if i did, the IRQ on my usb wont allow weed distribution LOL
