blue tooth and hands free are certainly nice extras on this device...speech recognition is really nice to have on this device...

I've had a TT 910 for about a year now, and I love it. Bluetooth hands-free phone and MP3 player are nice extras. I have no sense of direction, so I needed a GPS. It was worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Get one, you won't regret it.

I just bought a new TomTom 920T in Germany and the speech recognition doesn't work on that either. Bloody outrageous for a 400 EUR device!

If you purchased your TT in the US Market, that feature has been removed, but your PDF manual says otherwise. I hope someday in the feature TT will once again activivate this feature through updates; That's one of the reason I purchased this product, but I still love it.

yes, but that doesn't give them the reason to remove this feature for those who are willing to give it a try. Maybe it might work for those people with certain dialect. I'm sitting here looking for this feature, but I can't find it.
