Hey there Mal, this song has haunted me for a long time. I'm always going around singing it to myself. Wonder if I ever passed you busking in the metro station. I like your version better than Keith Carradine's studio recording (too many strings!) and Ron Negrini's version too. You have a honey-gravel voice that melts the heart. Thanks, you made my day. |
