thank you for posting a clear video for women. One's best bet is to join a Martial Arts school, but when one can't afford it, and has been assaulted, these are good tips to see. Peace

all this guy is teaching these women is a false sense of security and confidence..Pressure Test whatever ur "technique" in training when with ur teacher or training partner RESISTING and NOT COOPERATING with ur moves to see if they work....BTW I live in NYC and am looking for training partners to work Counterknife,gun, multiple attacker scenarios..Doesn't matter what or if any training u have..Just willingness to learn to train for the most common criminal assault methods

Your best bet is to attend a martial arts class where you get to practice and refine what you learn. Seminars alone don't help.
