I would bet it's corel painter. It's what I use. It's one of the best software out there for this sort of thing.

MAYBE IT IS FRAUD. Probably this is a work of art. This can be made by turning original picture (photography) into colors, and then degrading it gradually, until screen is white. And then, play that in reverse (backward), so it looks like making of the piece.Just a thought, by your friendly neighbour |
