non-stick pans only put out the chemical if the heat is above something like 550 degrees F. so as long as you aren't searing you will be fine.

Yes, Buffalo is slightly better for you than beef. However, with rising food prices, not many people can afford it. Buffalo cost about 2 1/2 to 3 times more a pound than beef. That's pretty pricely. If I choose to eat healthy, I think I'll have a salad instead.

Non-stick pans put out a very dangerous chemical into your food. Nice recipe but your viewers should be warned of this very serious problem.
