Try watching the updated 2008 footage of this on youtube. It appears that significant anounts of money have been spent on modifying this complex which include, huge gas storage tanks and pumping apparatus, more guard towers with spotlights, comms tower, wind socks, fences that point inwards and refridgeration trailers.

This is HILARIOUS!! I live in Beech Grove. The fences are there because of all the copper. People are stealing copper all over town.. Not because of "concentration camps".. This is insane. I have been to this place and my uncle used to work there. I showed him this and he laughed his a** off.

people believe anything. my dad used to work there and i have been there. its what it is. an amtrak repair and maintanance facility. barbed wire is to keep people out. ther is alot of copper there. tweakers love copper for selling
