I'm probobly guessing they used 3DMAX/Maya for the characters (plus rigging for movement), 3D enviroment creation software for the multiple sections of scenes and possably Maya again to bring it all together with dance steps, characters and scenes all together with camera movement.Yes, It must've taken months.

I just can not get over how PHENOMENAL that was!! If they ever get around to making a season 2 of Suzumia, they should totally open one of the episodes with this!
