Beautiful performance of the song. Not the original arrangement, but nice in its own way. Thanks for sharing!

why there are not black people in this gospel so that they invented the gospel during they are in slave. and you you sing like anything are happened. black people are invented all and white people are taken all. it's so easy

Thought the exact same. Well played but definitely on the "light 'n' easy" side. I miss the weight, expression and rich harmonizations of American gospel music. This is nicely done, but definitely has a "European" feel to it, making it sound more like something out of a stage musical than gospel music. I am arranger and organist in a Portuguese gospel choir and I know how hard it is to get that depth and power of the real deal (no offense). Unless one wants to go for a lighter mood.

Well executed but could be better arranged

I love this song, and my Grampa did too. It was sung at his funeral April 26th, 2008. I listen to it to remember him..<3

There are three heavenly versions of this song and the Oslo Gospel Choir has produced one such version. The other two are by Aretha Franklin and Simon & Garfunkel. Each version has its place in the firmament, each speaking majestically to the soul in its own inimitable way.--LT
