ROFLMFAO the only ones that are "idiotic" are the morons like you that are babbling on about a subject you obviously know NOTHING about. How the hell does ACCENT setting & enforcing rules for THEIR forum equal the Government creating laws that infringe on our freedom of speech? The ONLY thing I can see that the Officers did wrong was honoring Kerr's request to allow this prick to the mic & not throwing his dumb ass out when he broke his 1st 2 laws that day. Disorderly Conduct & Trespassing.

"guy had an interreting question, nothing wrong about just a questions?! you don't arrest poeple for a question."Right. And if you watched the full video and know the full story, then you know THEY DID NOT ARREST HIM FOR ASKING QUESTIONS.I did NOT happen. He was kicked out for breaking numerous rules and tried to act like he was being arrested for his question when he was not. HE fought with them instead of leaving, which EVENTUALLY led to his tasing, but his rights were NOT violated

"Conspiracy B.S or not it is still bullshit that he didn't get his freedom of speech"He was NOT arrested, nor tased, nor kicked out for what he was asking. That is simply not true. He was kicked out for breaking MULTIPLE rules and had been kicked out BEFORE the video starts. Kerry got them to let him stay and ask a question even though the forum was over. They reminded him of the rules he already broke and he continued to break them. He got tased much later for struggling with officers.

Freedom of Speech does not mean you can say anything you want, it means you have the right to express your opinion. They turned the mic off because he was being loud, going over his time and because he sais "blowjob". Does saying "blowjob" count as his freedom of speech? The dumbass deserved it and the cops should NOT be ashamed of themselves.

Dumbass, he didn't vote for Bush, why do you think he's rambling about IMPEACHING Bush?
GeneralHasslehoff (October 6, 2008 at 6:35 am)
Conspiracy B.S or not it is still bullshit that he didn't get his freedom of speech. The cops are even more idiotic.
