'Squeeze out all the water', which is the cucumber juice or the water that has all the nutrients of cucumber, just cuz the raita is not runny?UNREAL!Everytime I search for a recipe on net, I find something on your channel and get really turned off by the unhealthy tips.Your food might taste good, but you ladies need to take a course in nutrition.
