uhh dude i don`t think Hideo Kojima would be that much of a pric make such a dramatic ending and then kill it all by saying in MGS 5 that Big Boss is still alive and that he is actually a monster ok,no i really don`t think he would do that. MGS4 is the end of the MGS storyline he will maybe make prequels thats it, the whole thing with Big Boss dying marked the most dramatic sequence in MGS history along with Naked Snake killing the Boss
