Jay doesn't really talk about how Hydrogen is distilled. Current methods require 4 parts electricity to make enough hydrogen to make 1 part electricity. In other words, you're better off using gasoline in conventional methods. They're working on better methods of purifying hydrogen, but even those methods will at best yield 60-70%. This is right on par with the rest of the idiots running around touting "clean" coal! LOL there is no such thing.

Hydrogen fuel cell cars are different. They are basically electric cars. The fuel cells converts the hydrogen to electric energy to run the electric car.Interestingly hydrogen can be converted from natural gas. So you could fill your car at home in the future.
