No i didnt hack it and i did the hard reset but im going to get another one soon with my warranty but its allright

Did you hack the Zune somehow, maybe the Asian character font hack? I'd say to hard reset the Zune (look up how to do that) and update it with the latest firmware update again.- Jason

Yeah I checked and its up to date but it still has the bi font it says its running firmware version 2.5 help

You can do everything with the USB cable, the cradle just makes it more convenient. :-)- Jason

If you have the big font, you're running the old 1.x firmware and your device isn't up to date. Download the new desktop Zune software, install it, then connect your Zune and get updated.- Jason

I have a zune 30 gig and i have it up to date and it still has the big words (old Menue) And I Want The Smaller Ones How Do I Change it? |
