On the iriver plus 3, when your e100 is plugged in, right click on one of the songs and click on change play order. A window will pop up with all your songs and you can click on title, artist, album, etc and it will sort by your preference.

same my buttons are sometinems unresponsive and the artista rnt alpabetical and just today its not working and i had it for 2 weeks:(

A couple of months back I bought the D2, but was disappointed to find that my old iRiver IFP-790 (250Megs memory) still sounded better (more full). I'm still happy with the D2 because of the memory expansion slot, great video and super long battery life! :) The D2 allows you to equalize and further manipulate the frequencies of the music you're hearing...but alas, I believe the sound chip that iRiver uses is better than the D2's. Tru my exp...best sounding Mp3 players= 1)iRiver 2) Cowon 3)iPod.

no, you can't. It only charges from the usb port. The good news is you can also charge it with your laptop or desktop turned off or in sleep mode.

you should try using the file manager to play all you favorite files,or start creating a playlist with the software on the cd. Works great for me. :)

Bought this about a week ago. Buttons are often unresponsive and I can't seem to get anything in alphabetical order (ie the mp3's, the albums list, the artist list etc).Wish I did more research and bought the Cowon D2 or something similar instead.

I see that in the package is included the usb cable for charging and connecting to the pc.But if i want to charge it from the plug? I can use a AC adapter for it?
