I think the female vocals here are just a prerecorded part. Totally not uncommon to do, but for a vocal part I personally would prefer having the person perform it live with me.

btw..this is just his "side project". Who cares if he sings well. The song is still cool. Check out "drink it down" by L'Arc~en~Ciel. Freaking amazing.

He is the guy who composed this song. So..get over his looks. He is an awesome drummer and composer. Deal with it!! If it weren't for him, this song won't exist. Btw..his name is Yukihiro, and he is the drummer/mixer for one of the best bands in Japan, "L'Arc en ciel".
