This is from a Martial Arts galla in Holland in 1995. Bas Rutten and a TKD exponent (Joris Boon - not sure how he spells it....)showing the lighter side of martial art, with this funny demonstration. Have a good laugh and enjoy fantastic "breaking" demos, Bas` own version of Jean Frenettes famous kata, and some really serious fighting! Enjoy!!

MMA is a sport not a style. If you had actually trained in BJJ you would know that, as Jiujitsu and the sport of MMA have a very long relationship. The first UFC champ was Royce Gracie, a BJJ black belt. Most professional fighters today get at least a crash course in BJJ. Three of the current UFC champs are Jiujistu black belts, BJ Penn even won Mundials(BJJ world tournament). And no one in the UFC could hold there own against "someone" from okinawa? How non-specific can you get?
