He did flare, you hear the main gear touch down first then you hear the nose touch down. He may not have flared enough but he did flare.

Ha no flare at all just let the landing gear take it! should have raised the nose 2-3 degrees at 30-20 ft apart from that in the touch down zone and on the centre line. No wind though.
