Wooten's improv is pretty average next to Stanley. Stanley looks like he can play with Mclauglin. Wooten with Prince.

completely agree, but would like to add that the reason he is regarded as being one of the best players is because not only of his talent but the fact it was pioneered and developed by him, P.S have a thumbs up from me.

i actually think entwistle is a bit over credited. i love him and the who very much, but there are many other bassists of his calibur who just aren't recognized as much. i mean, yeha entwistle is an amazing bassist, i dont deny that, and he really was the foundation for the who, but he is highly regarded as one of the best rock bassists, while many are not.
