@ttttln I agree with you, she doesnt have that "x factor" in this video, but she's doing a much better job exuding confidence in public recently. Just watch her performance at the Asia Song Festival 2009; she does a really, really good job. And she was really classy and distinguish at the press conference for the ASF 2009 too.

I met her at one Saigon show..she is pretty...confident...tall - 5.85feet. She sang a good english song. love her.

She has great potential. She is taking English and will improve. However, she needs to be classy, distinguished. Talking cheap such as 'choi as Dam Vinh Hung usually says' , 'wow - the way she said it', even jokingly, leaves lingering, bad impression. I do like her husky voice and think she uses it well.
