Who are you calling "baby"? I'm 60 yrs. old, 'been married for almost 30 yrs, have 2grown & married children, and 2 grand children. 'Have a BA in Psych & worked in the field a few years, then worked with diabled. Now that I'm certified in Montessori, my joy is working with young children. My MD has confirmed my loss. It has been devastating for me and my husband. I am hoping that by sharing my story it may prevent a lot of suffering. The brain and nerve damage these drugs cause is real.

Everyone should get a copy of the book "Murder by Injection" by Eustace Mullins. What Gwen has to say is only the tip of the iceberg.

Thank you, Gwen, for your bravery and disclosure. Cannabis relieves my depression, insomnia, nerve damage pain and nausea. The only notable side effects are happiness, hunger, sleepiness and pending felony charges...Now if I can just break this pesky insulin addiction I've had since childhood...

Thank you so much. I am a victim of forced drugging with Haldol ('Had suffered sleep dep.). Even though I took it for very short periods of time and have been off it for over 25 yrs I believe it damaged me permanently. I became numb so that I not only continue to have no sexual urge, but also suffer from urinary problems because I can't feel when I need to urinate until I feel pressure in my abdomen. I wonder how many other women there are who have experienced this and are afraid to share.

I work in Mental Health--and I believe in the judicious use of medication. But Gwen is absolutely right!I am shocked at how quick physicians are to prescribe meds. Test to determine if your Mental Health Physician is a friend or a dangerous quack:Does (s)he do a thorough work-up and assessment of your history and situations?Does (s)he examine practical, non-medical alternatives, like vacation, change of work, exercise/diet, cognitive therapy?Does (s)he direct you to a "talk" therapist?

Thank you so much, Gwen Olsen. I respect and admire you for having the courage to step forward and tell the truth about what is going on. I know you gave up a very high paying job to step forward. If only more people would have the guts to do the same thing, we could eliminate many of our problems. Very few want to risk themselves financially or otherwise...even it means that people's lives are devastated...all in the name of the dollar. This problem permeates our society.

The Pharm companies just want addicts, they can make a lot more money if they sell to you over your lifetime just keeping your problem "in line" than actually curing it. A large part of the doctors role is pushing drugs. If you ever find anything that naturally cures a big problem it will be outlawed soon enough. You are the ultimate lab rat for them.
