because she's pretty unhappy with life until she meets him. They go for a coffee, he picks her up, cheers her up, inspires her whatever you want to call it. Her hear grows ( symbolism) she then goes out on the town again feeling alot better about things, thats how i see it

I don't get the thing about the heart. Of course a big plastic heart will make you look like a weirdo, carrying it around like a baby, but I don't see the symbolism and equality between that and actually having a big heart. I really don't have that experience, that when you have a big heart, society rejects you. Beautifully made video, but the point itself doesn't reach me.
