Kerry says he will answer it. he then answers a previous question someone else asked (i cut that part out because it isnt important to this video) then the guy asks his questions and when he is done all hell breaks lose. to the cop haters: i have no doubt the cops were going exactly by the book, the problem isnt them, its the book! they were doing their job and looked just as confused as this kid (this isnt something that they deal with often).

He first broke the law of Disorderly Conduct when the question and answer period was announced to be over and he rushed up to the microphone because he, along with several other people, didn't get a turn.Then when he was actually allowed to speak, they had a rules of 1 question, and no profanity or vulgarity. He said blowjob so they cut his mic and decided to officially throw him out.

Even though he was screaming "Help, they're arresting me!" He was NOT being arrested. Only after a minute of trying to get him to leave did they finally stop the nonsense and arrest him. THEN he was resisting arrest and he did this for a while before being tased.
