ive never actually seen him use that 540 in a combo this is the only footage ive ever seen him with a 540

yeah no problem yo. keep in mind that you want to start your jump in the direction you started in to maximize lift for your kick. be sure to "flick" your foot out and twist with the hips as well. those are the steps i took to convert my 360's to 540's hah

you're probably in taekwondo right? i had that problem because i always tried to make my 540's powerful like my turning roundhouse. yesterday i learned to just keep it all fluid and didn't think to much and i nailed them at about 4 feet high. currently working on getting em up but start small when you start =]
