same thing here. Didnt play my Elite 360 in awhile. turn it on to play some games online all of them did updates. then all of a constant sudden lock ups for a couple days. then 3 red rings.

not so simple for me. mine has already been sent back TWICE and i hve no more warranty because im not made of money. and i have the rrod. PS THE TOWEL TRICK IS BULL. I TRIED IT AND MY XBOX WORKED FOR ABOUT 13 SECONDS.

lol, i did this because a friend suggested it. I agree it does solve it for about ten or so minutes. It then occurs again and again. I sent mine to microsoft and it was completely free... because it was under warranty ... simple.

Hay,mine is red but they all blink at the same time... is that different??? and i know i didnt get the rings from it overheating because i only played it for 2 hours, than turned it off. so whats the deal?

Okay tell me if i'm doing this right here:I put the towels on it do you have to wrap it all around it or just on top of it when its laying down?Because I put the towels on top of it i layed it down i left it there for 15 mins i took it off for 15 mins and it didnt work |
