On this Armistice Day 2008, 90 years to the day this horrific war came to an end, I would like to nod my head to every man woman and child who suffered at the hands of a pointless game of political tit for tat between various European monarchs. This horrible war was the first industrial one with far and wide reaching consequences, touching the world not just Europe. God bless you the dead who fought for our freedom, and the very few still living who hold these memories until their death.
