I was waiting for an excuse to use this song :). It was one of those ones that I've had for a long time, but never really sat down and listened to it. It's in reference to Snake about the Boss, to a certain degree as well. Enjoy.Note: Don't mind the credits and their loopy ways. Rather not go through the trouble of fixing them.Update: 1/26/08I've got a lot more footage to work with for this game, and while that would prompt me to remake it, I don't think it'll compare to the energy that this one has, and has generated. Thanks for all the support.

MGS3 is before everything (since you are Big Boss). Then, MGS 1, starts off with you playing as the clone. In MGS 2, sadly enough, you play as Snake for a little while (the ultimate soldier). Then in MGS 4, you play as Snake and his older days tracking down Liquid. So if you were to play the series, do it this way.MGS3MGS1MGS2MGS4

they all were planted with Big Boss' DNA... With one thing, they can clone it as much things as they want as long as they have the resources, and here, they do.They were meant to be test subjects "makings of the perfect soldier." If you play Metal Geal Ac!d 2, you actually get to kill the scientist and arrest the person who created you. In that game, you also fight against other test subjects that had Big Boss' sample in them as well, so the story is prety much diverse.

wtf, liquid, solid and solidus are ALL the clones of big boss, none of the snakes were cloned, because you can't clone a clone.
skyraindrop (June 25, 2008 at 6:54 pm)
But why did they clone snake why not clone big boss better chance of ruling the world if Big boss is the best warrior alive
Friezaksama (June 22, 2008 at 9:57 am)
*spoiler alert* the woman on this vid is Boss, inventor of close quarters combat and probably the best warrior alive, also the tutor of Snake who in MGS 3 is actually Big Boss (named like that' cause he defeated Boss in the end). Solid Snake and Liquid Snake (MGS 1) were children born with Big Boss's DNA. Pretty fucked up story but also pretty normal for a japanese video game... i actually love 'em though MGS 2 was confusing as hell.

wayyy to confusing, I think I'll just play simpler games which don't seem to actually be epic sagas.Viva pinata for example
Muxej (June 21, 2008 at 5:16 pm)
These snakes are the clones of the first Snake (in this vid) actually. What's happening? :D Even if would play all the parts, you might not understand the whole thing at first time. In short, it's about controlling the war and gaining the real power to control the world.

Wish I'd got into MGS before i got a ps3, the whole set up for Guns of the partiots is baffling to me. Is there a simpole explaination of why there are several snakes, and whats happening? |
