This is Cookie Monster's father, the late Computer Monster, whose tragic death in the late 60's was caught on tape after being lured into dismantling a computer that was actually a well-disguised IED. The terrorist group al-Qooki claimed responsibility for that incident.

I love how when the machine starts to stutter, the monster fixes it by whacking it really hard. That's my solution to problems with mechanical devices too.
