Maybe so but I'm only saying. If MS did own the publishing rights to Mass Effect 2, then obviously EA wouldn't be allowed to decide where to distribute the game only MS would. EA can get Bioware to develop the game but it wouldn't go multiplatform. However its all just wishful thinking. =)

EA owns the IP, i don't see that happeing, plus the IP is stronger then the Publishing rights.

Thats why they did not sell the IP to them, when they went to do Jade Empire, MS went and got some dumb dev team to do KOTOR2! |
