apparently it is the bar-b-chef brand texas charcoal grill.. I dunno if they still sell them, but look at the barbecues galore site for other bar-b-chef grills (it seems barbecues galore owns that brand or something, so they aren't widely available for sale online)

He would cut raw meat on a plastic one (since wood might retain bacteria), but he'd use wood for almost everything else because it's better for his knives.
