Haven't seen this 'un since it made the rounds of late afternoon teevee in Erie, PA about the early 1980s. One of the better looking post-1951 Woody character designs, and not a bad 'toon on the whole, especially compared to later 50s & 1960s shorts. Grace Stafford Lantz providing the voice, yet still at the point where Woody didn't say too much in the way of dialogue. "Lohnegrin", eh?

Some Detectives when not only did they spotlight the bat once and didn't see em, THEY MISSED HIM TWICE!!! Even when the little bats where flying away for their lives, they STILL MISSED HIM!!! Dumb Detectives LOL

At the end, the detectives say, "Kids' been watching too many television programs" This was when T.V. was new and when people were just starting to use them in households.
