Hola! Entra en el video "Gate-Gate- Mantra del corazon" en el esta lo que significa. Es recomendable hacerlo 108 veces, cantado en voz alta o silencio. No se te puede recomendar ningun mantra ya que eso es individual, debes elegir el que mejor te haga sentir, el que armonice con tu vibracion.Gracias!! Saludos!!

gracias, pero que significa estas palabras? translacion? cuantos minutos se canta, y todos los podemos cantar? trato de ser vegeteriano, y hacer yoga cual me ayuda a relajar pero quiero una mantra ya que la aconsejan? gracias y mucha salud y alegria en tu vida.
