Inspired by Improv Everywhere's Frozen Grand Central, the people of Perth pull off their own Time Freeze - and The Couch was there to capture it all.In the midst of torrential rains and a thunder storm, everyone met at the State Library to be briefed before dispersing throughout the Murray Street Mall. When they heard the cue (the air horn) they were to FREEZE for 5 minutes. Watch for the expressions of people who don't know what's going on. Thanks to the hundreds of people who turned out. Whether it's been done before or not it's still funny. And the rain made it even better. Why would people just stop in the middle of the rain?? All you guys knocking it just don't see the simple pleasures in playing with even just one persons mind. FANTASTIC work guys... love it!!!!

this is stupid....Let's all make a pact that if we see this happen where we're at, we run up to one and kick them in the balls...that'll make them stop doing this stupid waste of time, energy and other ppls time!!!What would really be funny is all the ppl who showed up to do this, they all didn't freeze and keep walking to play a prank on the organizers.
