Keep practicing, you'll get there. Work on your vibrato, and to have real tone you don't to be the clearest and most distinguishable person in the room playing at either piano or forte.

This is classic and such a great sound with the full size band. His later bands were much smaller and full of energy but I still love the classic sound. Last saw him in Brantford Ont. (I believe late 80s) with a cut down band. What an awesome showman. |
