Kyle's seatbelt came unlatched during the roll and he was ejected. His seatbelt was later examined by several experts who determined it was faulty and told me that seatbelts can and do fail, especially in roll over accidents. I had no idea that seatbelts could fail and think that this is something everyone should be made aware of. The government also needs to be more strict about making sure the people they issue licenses to are fit to drive...**************************In Loving Memory of Kyle David Miller3/13/02 - 5/29/05

Thank you for taking the time to educate the rest of us. My heart goes out to your family. I too have a young son named Kyle. I thank god for him every day. I learned of your family while taking a car seat safety class. As I search for a second seat, I will keep your son in mind. Thanks again.

your son was so beautiful. my prayers are with you and your family. thank you sooooo much for posting this video. my son, 6 years old, is in a booster seat using the traditional seat belts. it is not effective. he is all over the back seat of our car. i have ordered the britax regent car seat. thank you for the information. you have saved soooooo many lives by posting your video. god is with you. thanks again.

This video is so sad but so dearly needed. We have bought Britax Regents, one our Sienna, and one for out mother-in-laws Grand Voyager. We have since purchased the new Britax Frontier for the Sienna and put the Regent into my Intrepid. I have alot of trust in Britax car seats and watching this is what helped support my purchasing decision. Your loss will save lives. Thank You.

I can not express how sorry I am for your loss. Thank you so much for showing this video, I know you have saved thousands of lives, my little boy is now in a Britax Regent and I tell everyone I know about your video and the importance of a 5 point harness. We are a military family therefor we don't have a lot of money BUT we made the safest carseat a priority after seeing your video. THANK YOU for making such a difference, we think about you often!

i agree! I have met a lot of people who say they are "just too expensive and not worth it" but, there IS no price on safety!

I am very sorry for your loss. I was getting ready to buy a booster seat for my son but in light of your video I ordered a 5 point harness seat for him. You can not put a price on your childs saftey. Thank you for sharing your story, I am sure you have saved countless children.
