Erm, that's fully illegal dude... the bit that makes it illegeal is the 'with or without their permission'. And the viewing their webcam and/or desktop... There's a reason there's no programmes available to do that... If you wanna see people's webcams go get in touch on MSN or whatever...

I am looking for something that lets you see ips connected to any website etc, youtube, google and everything else, then i want the software to allow me to connect to that ip address to see there cam or to even see the desktop with or without there permission with no password or username, bur it wont be illegal because you are just viewing like you would with a website.
